Disappointing experience.
- During my 6-night stay, my room was cleaned only once. Whenever I tried to request cleaning, I was either told it was too late or that all cleaning services were booked.
- The property is extremely old with a stuck balcony door requiring staff assistance, and the phone in the room didn’t work at all.
- On top of that, I accidentally booked the hotel twice for the same dates and didn’t receive a refund for one of the bookings.
- The only positive was the location, but overall, this hotel is far below expectations, and I would not recommend it.

Good enough. Other than one late night clerk the staff were very helpful. Beach towels and chairs were an unexpected bonus. (Ask) They've done what they can to renovate but it will always be an old building with alley views.

Room had a stale odor upon entering. Had to open the windows to air out the room.
