Truly the best location you would ever want whike visiting Waikiki.
Rooms were easy to hear others, street is crowded but thats Waikiki

We stayed 8 nights, place is conveniently in center of Waikīkī,it’s not the best looking hotel but it does the job to sleep,shower and enjoy the sunsets.
Staff were great and the food downstairs was decent.
Would stay here again if I wanted to save some $ compared to other hotels in the area.

We had to park 6 blocks away. Only 2 handicapped parking spots. You had to back down a hill through pedestrians to get out of the area at the front desk. Air conditioner was old and didn't work well. When we opened the balcony door all you could smell was the McDonalds right below. The street out front is very noisy with cars and motorbikes racing down it until the wee hours of the morning. The pictures are deceiving. The only nice thing is the view.

Thank you for your feedback, Kim. We are sad to hear you didn't have a pleasant stay. Parking is limited as there are only 20 stalls on site. The overflow parking is only 25 compared to 45 on site. If there are issues with devices such as the TV and air conditioner, we have maintenance crew that can inspect them upon request. We are on Kalakaua Ave. which is the main street in Waikiki and which is why people choose us. If you would like a quiet area, we suggest somewhere besides Waikiki or another island. We are sorry our hotel didn't live up to your expectations. We hope you reconsider and give us another chance someday.

Very convenient ocean-front property. Staff extremely helpful. Room a little tight and older property but clean and comfortable.

Although very dated and minimalistic, the ocean view was spectacular every day. The convenience of the parking cannot be understated and the restaurant tends to get crowed quickly but for a very good reason.
