Parking was in the Makai Tower which was two elevators and across lobby. Besides the parking fee for $43 a nite. They charge a resort fee of $34 a nite. Resort fee includes local phone calls, towels, soap/shampoo, local newspaper, internet and dvd rental. Just Wow!!!
Room old and dirty. In room oven handle glued back on, microwave above stove big sign on it says out of order. Carpet dirty. Needed to wear slipper in room. Wind blew all night whistling through the door. 4 elevators wait time average 10 mins.

Very comfortable easy living from this place friendly helpful staff and great amenities comfortable king bed Thankyou and lovely views from our upgraded room very much appreciate our lovely stay Thankyou Thankyou we will be back

When I arrived at Aston At The
Waikiki Banyan the staff was so nice and so helpful and so friendly. They checked me in quickly, when I got to my room everything in my room was amazing. Everything was so clean and it was everything I hoped for, the view was amazing. I didn’t want to leave when it was time to go, I would most definitely stay at the Aston at the Waikiki Banyan again

This suite was dated and could use an upgrade.
The pool deck could also use an update.

Really old units, door wasn't properly working, halls has no ventilation, elevators not working, noisy construction .with out notice when we by tickets

Each condo is different and after requesting a different room which was no problem we had a terrific room The staff was eager to please and very pleasant. I highly recommend
