The overall rating can be taken off. I rated b/c it's mandatory.
I was looking forward to staying but couldn't. After about 30 min wait, the front desk told me to be relocated to a different hotel. The reason was the issue of AC they couldn't fix (keep dripping). The front desk service was fine, but I was disappointed about this and a new hotel which was I must say downgraded (outdated, no outlet in the bathroom, no kettle for boiling water to make tea, the stopper in the bathroom sink was broken).

They charge $33 Dlls for breakfast each day and just have toast & cereal

The staff were great especially Edson I hope I didn’t misspelled the name. He was the valet attendant. Very helpful and accommodating.

Staff are so nice. Good and comfortable room even it looks a bit old from outside. Easy to walk to the beach and shopping areas.

Would definitely stay at hotel again. Location was close to the beach and nearby shopping and food areas. Staff was great and accommodating. Continental breakfast of pastries and cereal was a plus. Great value and my room was clean and perfect.

Not sure who gave this place a 4 star review. The hallways smelt like mould and the wallpaper was peeling due to water damage. The breakfast was not as pictured or what other guest reviews for instead it was pre packaged donuts , fruit cups in juice and toast with jelly as the ONLY option. The noise level at night was absolutely insane and our kids were across the hall facing a different street and had the same issue. Very little sleep. This is a budget hotel so be aware of that. Staff were wonderful however and that was a plus. Hawaii tropic body wash and shampoos were nice also
