Sure, I can help with that! Here’s a draft for your review: I recently stayed at the Waikiki Roomer Ambassador Hotel in Honolulu, Hawaii. Overall, the room and facilities were solid, providing a comfortable stay. However, I cannot give a full five-star rating mainly due to the service and staff. Upon check-in, I was offered an upgrade to an “ocean view” room. Unfortunately, the view barely included the ocean, and I ended up paying extra per night for this limited view. Additionally, during the first three or four nights of my stay, I requested room service multiple times but received none. My room was not cleaned, and no new sheets were provided. A staff member informed me that they had no toothbrushes available. After finally receiving room service later in my stay, they did provide toothbrushes and additional amenities, but the initial lack of service was disappointing. It’s unclear if this was due to staff shortages or other issues, but it certainly affected my experience. Additionally, the resort fees were quite high, which added to my dissatisfaction with the overall value for money. While the accommodations themselves were adequate, the service and additional costs left much to be desired. In summary, while the Waikiki Roomer Ambassador Hotel provides a decent room and amenities, the subpar service and high resort fees prevent me from giving it a higher rating.

For the price of this hotel, you really can’t go wrong! Our room had modern finishes and was very clean. The hotel also provides items (towels, speaker, toys, etc.) to take to the beach with you as well for no additional cost, which is a bonus! The pool area was clean as well and had a funky color scheme which added to the paradise vibes! No complaints about this hotel.

Good location, walking distance to several restaurants. Rooms are a little small. There was a nice balcony. But no chair in the bedroom

Front desk staffs are super great! And Everything is walkable from all you need. But housekeeping need to up their game to keep up with the hotel’s rep. Don’t use anymore stained sheets and please actually clean the rooms. Other than that we loved our stay at Romer! Special mention to Sheryn for being the best!
