I really enjoyed myself at this location. So peaceful. Everyone was so helpful and the facility was generous. I appreciated the upgrade in room as the resort had availability. They did it as a surprise to me, which I thought was extremely thoughtful. Room was beautiful. It was exactly what I needed. Breakfast and dinner was excellent as well. Property manager is amazing. I would highly recommend.

Surly receptionist gave us attitude while he chainsmoked as he checked us in because he couldn’t express in English that he was asking for the site we booked through. He then put us in the wrong room (we booked a bubble, he put us in a cabin). We proceeded to freeze the entire night. Avoid.

We liked staying at this property. We met the owner, and he was very gracious. The dinner was very well organized and so was the upkeep of the property. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained.
Osama at the front desk was very helpful always with a smile and always ready to help.
However Ramzi the camp manager seemed to be very abrasive to the point of being rude. If you missed what he was saying then he was not happy at all. Very disappointed with him.
Another thing that we did not like at the property was that the lights in the center of the property was left on the entire night so we could not enjoy the stars in the desert.
Overall a positive experience.
