Absolute awful. Staff tried to scam us in paying for an extra bed that we had already booked.
Pool very dirty, with broken glass

Dear GillianGreetings First thank you for you I honestly review because the reasons as below:1/ You made reservation for twin room with extra bed but we gave you standard triple room2/ You asking for extra bed and we inform you it will be chargeable as per our policy and contract with Expedia but you asking for free extra bed for 4 years baby and we offer you a baby crib but you refuse. 3/ You have bad behavior and rude way when you talking with our staff at the reception that’s why we call Expedia and we inform them the issue4/ You start treating the reservation manager if he didn’t give you free extra bed you will close the property from Expedia because you working with Expedia. 5/. Your type of guest they are not welcoming in our hotel and we will let other properties around the world know about you by social media

Posted 21 Apr 2024 on HotelsThe bed sheets were dirty, when they came to change them, even the new ones had dark stains on them.
The gym was not a gym, a few outdated machines next to the pool.
The service was average, but I would not rate the hotel a 4 star.

Dear ZaidThank you for your reviewBut you know its not a honest review And thanks god you are not the person will evaluate the hotel.At least we upgrade your room for free but most of Arabic guys like your type doing like this. During the stay we asking you many times about your stay and your answer all the time excellent but when you leave the hotel you start complain Next time you can book at Movenpick or in Marriott

Great Stay (if you don't mind the smell of smoke)
Posted 19 Mar 2024 on HotelsFor the most part, we enjoyed our stay in Tetra Tree Hotel. We were a bit frustrated that we had booked connecting rooms, and were given rooms across the hall, but appreciated the hotel's efforts to apologize with a free breakfast as well as fruit baskets. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. We downgraded on comfort/cleanliness because though the rooms are non-smoking, the hallway, lobby, and upstairs almost always smelled of smoke, and the smell often entered the rooms from the hallway. Given that several of us are very sensitive to smoke, that was a bit annoying as well. If you don't mind the smell of smoke, it is a great place to stay, most rooms have a nice view, and we enjoyed the pool (and pool table) downstairs.
