What the rooms lack in comfort and cleanliness the staff makeup with courteousness. Showers were bad, bed linen below average. Room space limited. But the staff are super excellent. Very helpful, courteous and they went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Close to Petra. Not walkable. Need a taxi to gate.

The hotel is located high on the side of a mountain, having great views over the modern city of Petra. Due to its situation, it is a little difficult to get to (the road suggested by GPS was not paved, for example). It's also not a walkable distance to the Petra archeological site.
The room was nice and the staff helpful and friendly. There was wifi, but only in the reception area. The hotel could use a bit of updating.

Not our favourite Middle East Hotel
Posted 2 Jan 2019 on HotelsIt was clean and available at a price that did not break the bank! Check in was shambolic; it seemed a massive surprise when we arrived! Credit Card facilities allegedly not working, so a scramble to get some cash. Would stump up the extra (triple the price) for Movenpick or Marriott.

do not honor their responsibilities
Posted 6 Nov 2018 on HotelsThe hotel did not honor the price confirmed through the system, and increased the price when 2 days left before the trip, telling that there was mistake in the system and they will not give the room if we will not cancel the booking and book again. Generaly even hotels.com couldnt help me and convince them to keep the offer...

For sure we respect your opneion. But the problem that we sent you 2 weeks before your arrival an Email inform you we are fully booked and your booking is not confirmed for 3 times .
