A room with a view!
Posted 23 Aug 2023 on HotelsThis hotel was the perfect place to base myself for exploring Petra. I received a free upgrade to a bigger room on arrival with a gorgeous view out over the valley. The hotel is out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the main street of Petra which I thought might have been a bit disappointing but proved to be great respite. The Bedouin dinner experience whilst the sun was setting is not to be missed! The hotel staff were very helpful in assisting to organise bus transfers to Aqaba and there is a free hotel shuttle bus that will take you to the other Mövenpick hotel right opposite the Petra Visitors Centre - I left at 7:45am for a morning exploring Petra. A great place to stay!

Alaa J. that works at the front desk was a fantastic help! She was kind, friendly, and professional. The view that the hotel has is Amazing. Everything was almost perfect except, the limited parking spots, the paint job inside the hotel, and the carpet on the 1st floor (the color of that carpet is bizarre) ;)

Excellent stay!
Posted 15 May 2023 on HotelsStaff was very kind and provided us a very special experience. It was our wedding anniversary and we received a room upgrade and some wine and fruits in the room. We always felt welcome! Swimming had great temperature. Facilities are beautiful, stunning view outside for sunset and chocolate time is great for children. Definitely not a 5 star property, will be good if they can re brand as a 3 star. Rooms look like converted studio apartments.
