What I like about my stay was the receptionist was really nice and polite also I like the shopping area around hotel which is within walking distance

As expected, but room was filthy. Bedding damp with musty mildewing smell. Asked for extra pillows, none provided. Noisy. Just spend the extra money and go somewhere nicer.

We never intend to disappoint a guest and would have liked to have the opportunity to resolve any issues after check in. We could have offered a cancellation, as we do not want a guest to feel uncomfortable or forced to stay. The area was not booked for the weekend and many options were available during your check in time frame. We hope the remainder of your time in the area was pleasant. With apologies we didn't meet your expectations.

Hotel was very clean. We went with friends and never heard anything through the walls. I would stay again here. Not really any breakfast but the room was clean and I felt safe.
