At check-in night auditor was very rude and horrible attitude. Rooms are nothing like the pictures they have online. Dingy and dirty sheets were on the bed. Room was not cleaned properly. Tv and remote broken. People were walking around outside. Didn’t stay left after 30 minutes of checking in. Roaches were walking across floors like they owned the place. Broken mirror and hole in the wall.

Had to call to get door lock repaired as soon as I checked. Toilet was loose and move, no filters for coffee pot. No sink stoppers, rusty toilet paper holder. I will not stay there again

Looks like the rooms had been renovated since my last stay. The room had a large refrigerator not the mini fridge you would normally expect, a microwave and a toaster. I found several small roaches in the room and one managed to stowaway in my bag, I found it when I unpacked it outside incase this happened.

Should be shut down

Mold in the bathroom where the cockroaches were
Pillows looked slept in
Smelled of weed
Pictures are completely deceiving
I cried & drove to the nearest hotel that had availability
Should be shut down!!!!
