The advertised continental breakfast was still half frozen bread, yogurt and apples.

Clients arrived late (midnight) and contacted a staff member to get their keys. All of this was done very very loudly and right outside our room. A lot of the conversation could have been conducted in the office.

Beautiful view of the lake and harbour. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The outside looks great but very deceiving, interior needs major make over very dirty bedding had stains and sand or something in them there’s stains all
Over the walls bathroom was worse then a gas station stop, we
Paid for 4 days left after first day with no refund!

Sorry to hear that but sir you never brought any your concerns to me not even one time after checking during your stay or not even at checkout time and you never ask me any refund if you were not happy with your room we could have changed or refund you without any more discussion. You did even gave chance to correct your concerns. But I assure you that your feed back is very important to me . I will discuss your concerns with my housekeeping staff.and will correct all your concerns asap . Thanks.

The property was easy access, lots of parking. Front desk was friendly. Room was dated but clean.
