"There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which was odd, as all previous hotels i’ve used in the past do. They did provide ‘free’ tea/coffee if you had a paid breakfast (I didn’t have any) but I was allowed to take hot water. The lifts worked occasionally, so I had to use the stairs frequently. "I travel a lot for both work and leisure, but Matthew at the front desk of the Loxton Brussels is easily the most helpful and friendly reception member I have ever encountered. They should write the "reception" manual based on his work. The hotel itself is lovely with large rooms, retro fitted but very clean and everything you could need. 10 mins walk to the Grand Place but away from the noise etc. and 5 mins walks to Brussels Nord station. I would stay there again without hesitation. "

"Clean, comfortable, friendly, modern hotel in a very central location with good value breakfast. In the late afternoon/early evening they have what they call an "Apertivo" 3 hours when you can help yourself to drinks and nibbles on the house which is a nice touch. Will definitely use this hotel on my futureAntwerp visits."
