Enjoyed our stay. Pleasing and courteous staff. Activities and food were good. Room was comfortable. A bit expensive though.

Rooms are excellent but staff lacks coordination
Posted 4 Jan 2023 on HotelsThe rooms are fantastic and a minor gripe is that the pools were not heated. The morning breakfast and dinner were chaotic. There is no coordination and the restaurant staff was overwhelmed. We pay the high room costs for the most relaxing experience but chaos at morning and dinner leaves much to be desired. The spa is good and in-room dining service is good.

A great vacation stay
Posted 30 Jun 2022 on HotelsWe enjoyed the stay. Spice Restraunt with the live music was the high point. Likewise the food was glorious. However the Sky restaurant staff could have been more helpful. The Spa staff was professional too.

Cons: - The kids play area
- Swimming pool 2 b made temp control
- Foul smell en-route from lobby to the cottages, the treatment plant needs to be relocated
Location: Chembra peak
- The staff is excellent & very friendly (special mention for Prashanth who made our stay great)
- The room (Cottage) was great & spacious
- The resort has plenty of activities to keep ourselves occupied
- The food is the highlight. The buffet has just too many options to satisfy everyone's taste
- There is live music during dinner which was great & the group which sang hindi & malayalam songs was great
