Very Pleasant
Posted 3 Aug 2024 on HotelsThe hotel is about 200m from Back Beach, whereas the closest hotels are about 50m. Back Beach is superior to Vung Tao's Front Beaci in my opinion.
The room came as advertised with no complaints. The pool is excellent with a swimming play area for children. Adjacent to the pool is a young child's play room as well as foosball and billiards for we adult children. There are sections of the pool that are covered providing nice protection from rain or sun.
The buffet breakfast is well above average.

Hotel may not abide by their advertisement
Posted 23 Jul 2024 on HotelsHotel posted highlights on hotels.com that was deceptive. It says free extra bed upon request but when requested, it took frontdesk hours to confirm with sale dept and still expected me to pay extra for the bed, even after hotels.com called the hotel and told them to send me the rollaway bed as that was included in my booking and me showing them their advertisement on hotels.com. Frontdesk should be trained on what is included in booking and not relying on sale dept to confirm. Breakfast buffet has good presentation and variety but the seasoning on some dishes are slightly off. If you book via third party app, make sure to confirm with the hotel all the amenities you need and resolve right away and be careful that this hotel tends to lean towards surcharges.

For your booking request on Expedia, it is a booking online channel that our hotel is working with. However, as you know, any company have their own procedures, terms and conditions and so does Expedia which is our Malibu hotel can not interfere. Most of the guest, we always try to persuade them to book or to make reservation directly to us via email or phone because we can control these booking and as a result, we can be flexible for our guest for any incident that happen to our guest’s booking. For any booking through the third party such as Agoda, Expedia or other Travel Agents, it is really hard for us to get involved in their procedure. We truly sorry for these inconvenient and hope that you can sympathize for us.We look forward to welcoming you in the near future and we are sure that you will feel much more satisfied than you used to.Thank you & best regards
