"We had a great experience when we first stayed here 6-7 years ago therefore we had book the stay again. We felt the experience was not that same and the hotel is a little run down and did not maintain its original appearance. The carpet needs to be replaced and the room not prestine like it is used to. Overall the customer service is superb but the appearance of the hotel is now mediocre compared to other hotels. Not sure if I want to come back again the next time I come in town. "

The only downside to this place is there isnt a real clean public beach to walk around and swim within the property, it is surrounded by jagged rocks and super dangerous and treacherous to even try to walk down (prohibited and restricted by rope to make sure people dont swim). "The Wind hotel is in a street with easy walkable access to coffee shops, bars and restaurants! The room we got when checking in was looking towards the cliff wall! It was small and we were a bit disappointed as the pictures looked different! I told the staff at reception and she gave up a much bigger room( apartment) with kitchenette! It was very nice and we felt much more comfortable! The windows are huge and with sitting area, daily cleaning, bottled water and coffee/tea! "
