the facility is excellent, had stayed there before and really liked it, but this time the staff was often gone. only a maid there to check us in, so she had to keep calling the manager. we arrived hot and tired but there was a power outage and no generator, so quite miserable. I made a mistake with my reservation, but again she had to call the manager to get an upgrade. Also we were often locked in or out and couldn't get in or out without major difficulty.

the room was very clean and had a kitchenette with a microwave, very convenient for meals. The staff was very helpful. The location was rather remote and a little difficult to find but ideal for us
