Terrible staff - seemed to have to get out of bed to give us a key - rooms not clean - no breakfast - restaurant and breakfast area seemed to have been closed -

Thank you for your review. We apologize for not meeting your expectations. We will share this with our staff and work on improving our services.Also, our records show that you checked in at 11:03 AM. Kindly note that check out time for previous guests is at 11:00 AM, and to provide our staff ample time to get the rooms ready for the next guest, our check in time start at 3:00 PM. Please refer to the booking details for the check in time. We do accommodate special requests for early check-in time when prior communication with the hotel has been requested.Also, one of our staff members came from the laundry room to get the cleaning cart ready for the day's activities when they accommodated the check in.For the restaurant, they open at 12:00 noon, same with the Lounge area. We will discuss if they can open at an earlier time.We sincerely apologize for not getting your room ready during your check in time.

Facility is a little dated but clean. Friendly staff. Pretty good for a small town hotel.

Closeness to amenities is nice. Easy to find. Kind of run down. A little disappointed with no coffe and no food offered at pub that is connected.

Thank you for your review.We will discuss with the bar on how to incorporate coffee and tea with their sale offers.The inn is currently accepting requests for coffee, which is delivered to the rooms.For the food, the in-house restaurant is open everyday from 12 NN to 8 PM as posted in the restaurant entrance, located at the main entrance of the inn. Food menu is also posted on the bar counter. Food may be delivered for dine in at the bar, to your rooms or for take out. Food orders are received by both inn workers and the bartender on duty. Additionally, as per management CCTV review, the restaurant had served customers at the bar for that day.We apologize for not meeting your expectations and will strive to do better. Thank you.

Nice little place to stay in Vulcan, Alberta. Right across from the Star Trek museum.
