"Good food Wine not great Beer was ok Cocktails, spirits and ice creams, crisps not included in all inclusive snack bar Kids were happy with food and drink though Apartment clean and had all we need with beautiful views of the sea from balcony which we all loved. It was fair distance 20 mins from Chania and taxis did pick us up and drop us off but wait was half an hour late for drop off and long wait in unorganised queues to get back, but was do able. "I had torn my achilles tendon just before my stay here so accessibility was an issue to some degree. No rooms had ramps or had ground floor accessibility. Other than that, the staff were great, breakfast was fantastic. Lunch was meh, dinner was really nice at the stone restaurant. My family had rented a car so we were a short 20 min drive into old town Chania which was gorgeous. "

"We had an amazing time at Kedrissos. From the very start, the communication was excellent. We arrived after reception closed and they sent both an email and WhatsApp with clear instructions. Getting in and finding our room were easy. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. "Very helpful and friendly staff, and had own private beach as well as own parking lot, having a car was very helpful to get around as it was at least an hour away from tourist beaches which are a must see! The hotel strip had over a hundred restaurants to choose from. "

"Overall we enjoyed our stay at Portou House. Our room was on the top floor. There was some hanging space but not a lot of storage other than one drawer. The bed was really comfortable and toiletries and a hairdryer were peovided. "The hotel itself is lovely and has beautiful amenities. The transport every 30 minutes to downtown Chania is a wonderful add-on, and the front desk people were all professional and had amazing service. My partner stayed here last year and this year again, and likely we will be staying next year "

"Stayed 6 nights in a pool view room which we were upgraded to. Had a beautiful view from the 2nd floor. The bedroom and bathroom were both very spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Was fresh every morning and had a very large variety of hot and cold dishes and sweets. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall a pleasant stay in a beautiful property. "

"Location of sublime! Tons of restaurants nearby, really good ones too. Lots of shopping as well. Breakfast buffet was very impressive, top quality and exceptional. My only issue was that the room was very small and more suitable for one person, not two. Otherwise, an excellent option. Private parking as well which we appreciated."
