Hotel staff was very professional although while checking in, they made us wait uncomfortably for some minutes while they discussed something in German which we didn't understand, before acknowledging we were there standing and in need of service. Other than that, our stay was a pleasant one. The hotel location is excellent because it is right across the central train station and the mall. Also, the hotel provided a free coffe and bus pass if guest want to see the city throughout the duration of your stay.

Easy to stay at hotel 1 block from the train station. A little cramped but clean and staff spoke adequate English and were helpful when needed. Good breakfast with a lot of choices. Close to all public transport. Take advantage of the 9 E pass to use most public transit in Germany while you can. That's quite a help to satisfy your wanderlust.

We only stayed one night to board a cruise ship the next. Good location Breakfast adequate room comfortable.

A perfectly adequate and functional hotel if lacking in ambience, very convenient for the station - maybe a bit overpriced for a basic hotel.
