"The property was clean. Staff were attentive and friendly. A welcome pack with essentials was given, which was a nice touch. The apartment was in a great location. The view in 6b is very limited but nevertheless was nice to have a balcony, although not much privacy as it was on the ground floor. The toilet was seperate to the shower and it was very very small. Would be great to have a toilet fitted into the bigger shower room. Also a towel rail woild be handy for the smaller bathroom. However, i...

"The hotel room was beautiful, me and my partner stayed for the weekend and we had a tower view of our local Rotterdam and of a night it was wow. The staff were extremely helpful, any questions we had they would help guide us and even the cab drivers gave us ideas on what to do. "Third time booking at this Hotel. Staff always professional and courteous. Nothing was too much bother. Rooms clean, beds very comfortable. Housekeeping staff made sure rooms were restocked everyday with tea / coffee etc. Nice to have shampoo and body wash and soap provided (even though I brought my own). Very reliable free and convenient transportation from Schiphol Airport to the Hotel every 40 mins. Plus the ability to use off site facilities ie if you wanted to dine at numerous restaurants opposite in the A4 services. "

Perfectly located hotel in central Rotterdam

"Stayed over night to catch a train out of the country the next day. I wanted a hotel in good condition and close to the train station. This hotel is a few hundred meters from the central station, to a reasonable price. Right in the center of the city, close to a grocery. Perfect. I like that breakfast was included and the check out was at 12. "

"An excellent property offers very comfortable, spacious and clean rooms. The hotel provides gorgeous view of the sea and located close to tram and other amenities. The hotel staff were amazingly helpful. At the reception Chris, was so friendly to give you professional tips about the city and the property.The continental breakfast choice including freshly sliced fruits were satisfying and the restaurant team members also very attentive. The excecutive lounge at the 9th floor is cozy and provides an excellent view of the neighborhood and the beach. The lounge has wine, beer and sodas including snacks. Enjoyed my stay at this property. Thanks, will visit soon."
