"Staff are great, never tried breakfast, area is quiet and room is good size with coffee making facilities but never any milk have to go down to reception to get it, would of been 5 review but sauna wasn’t working and it doesn’t seem to be going to be any time soon and that was one of the reasons I booked as it had this facility. "I was upgraded to a larger room for free, but the bed had a literal divide in the middle that kept coming apart. More than once I almost fell through the middle. I appreciate the gesture, but my original single bed would have been more appropriate. Otherwise nice, but sparce. The bathroom was very clean and the decor was cute."

"Overall hotel is very nice, great view from the pool which is located on the top floor. Very modern and clean aesthetics. As this hotel is located next the train station there was constant noise of train, which ran all night. However I appreciate nothing can be done about that but be mindful of this if your a light sleeper. "

"I liked my short solo trip to Düsseldorf the niu couldn’t have been a more fitting place for me to stay. A short 5 min walk if that to the local underground station and a 10 min brisk walk to the main train station was ideal for myself as I was all over the city trying to see everything, the location was really quiet and nice to see families and those working in the surrounding area all coming together at the park beside the hotel. The breakfast was really tasty and lots of options but it done me perfectly as a set up for a days exploring. The room itself was tidy and set up nicely, with all the amenities you’d expect, although I did have to ask for an iron they provided it within around 5 minutes. The staff couldn’t have been nicer even in my short time here and are always happy to help and are multilingual so that helps a lot. As an improvement I’d maybe suggest explaining to guests the local areas and stuff close by as I had to find these myself, albeit not to much difficult, but pointing out a grocery store or recommending a restaurant close by would have gone a long way. Very much recommended stay to anyone in the area"
