Wir standen vor nichts in Zaandam und mussten erst da hin fahren von Expedia aus bis wir Ersatz bekommen haben. Da hatten wir bereits 25,-€ Bahngeld bezahlt, was Expedia nicht interessiert hat. "We really enjoyed the novelty of staying on a houseboat. There is a restaurant and swim area in the marina which we took advantage of. There is also a convenience store, but it wasn't open when we were there. The nearby town of Naarden is adorable. The houseboat is new and in great condition. It is exactly as see in the photos. "The hotel and facilities was excellent. The staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast and our evening meal was delicious. The room and the views exceeded our expectations. Using the hotel bikes to get around was great fun and quicker than walking. The area around the hotel was quiet and felt safe. The bus was a short journey from Centraal Station and there was a good frequency of services. Overall, a fantastic stay at the July."
