The hotel and room were excellent, however the Wi-Fi was very poor to non existent. The shower pressure was not very good, with the temperature constantly fluctuating when in use.

The staff at check in were clearly prejudice and not very friendly or helpful.
Then inside the room the sheets and pillowcases smelled like mildew. The A/C was not working and the wifi did not work the whole 2 days we were there.
It was a nightmare.
Finally, on the last day after my husband spoke to countless staff, managers and complained they offered to refund half our stay.

I did meet your husband who told me about his inability to connect to the wifi, the problem of bed linen, and a malfunction of air conditioning in a group common to 60 rooms which no other customer complained. Just like the wifi and just like the sheets from elsewhere which I did not have other negative feedback. I will actually proceed to the refund as seen together with your husband of half the stay because I can hear that you had specifically these problems. I am less concerned with the references you and your husband made to us for inappropriate behaviour on account of your background, which we do not take into account, like any other client.

No Evenings meal service. Web site says the have a restaurant open in the evenings on Saturday but they didn’t. We ordered in pizza.

Stayed twice on a trip to spain and back. The first time was O.K, even though we had to wait for 15min for someone to show up at the "24h reception" for checking out. On our way back, we got a room on the bottom floor, which was populated with some local bugs, it wasn't too bad, though. This time, however, we got locked out while loading the car, since the card-reader at the back door was broken and the "24h reception" was once again not occupied and the door bell did not prompt any reaction for over 15 minutes. Left the hotel room card and a note below the entrance sliding door, couldn't be bothered to stand out in the storm for longer.

when we arrived at the hotel the restaurant was shut (despite advertising its open on Saturday night), the nearest restaurant is three miles away so without a car you can’t get there and the WiFi didn’t work so we couldn’t even order takeaway
The location is inconvenient for any sort of town and the airport so if you haven’t got a car you will spend a lot on taxis
Staff were abrupt and unhelpful
On the plus side the rooms were basic but they were clean
There were hardly any other guests so it was a very quiet atmosphere
I definitely wouldn’t recommend
