"Excellent stay at the Michelangelo. Room was absolutely spotlessly clean. Huge twin room with plenty of storage & most importantly plug sockets - vital for 2 friends sharing with umpteen devices that needed charging! Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options, as was the lobby bar. Bottle of Prosecco and bottled water which was complimentary in the room was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend to anyone."

The bar was very busy and short of staff, long wait for service and not big enough for the amount of people wanting to use it. Lots of people sitting around waiting for transport when checking out. Our waiters both times (different person) was crass and not warm or welcoming at all, also food was just ok, and my steak was cold and when I tried to tell them it was met with impassive attitude, so I just left at that. Bar cocktails were excellent. Also the lounge and bar which are super cozy and comfortable were closed...
