"This hotel is worth 2.5 stars at most. Our generous evaluation is 4/10. 1- Reception desk did not have my reservation already paid with Hotels.com. They had to take picture (with their phone) of files in my phone. They had rooms available so they asked that I pay upfront. I insisted that they check with whomever responsible. "A fantastic hotel, in a quiet location, very clean and well maintained. Rooftop bar with great views. Friendly and helpful staff, reception staff can speak English. We had a spacious room with balcony overlooking the paddy fields and mountains. Lots of options at breakfast freshly cooked for you, with fresh fruit as well as refreshing watermelon juice. Free bike hire for cycling around the town and local area - we cycled to the Mua Caves from the hotel. Would stay again. "
