App troubles again!
Posted 15 Oct 2022 on HotelsDifficulties AGAIN contacting hotel, could not reply to their messages on app at all!!! So could not inform re checkin time but it went fine.
Great site, hotel lovely, room well equipped though would prefer a sheet option (duvets too hot), a shelf in shower for bottles, and a coffee-maker in room or lounge! Breakfast coffee dreadful which is not normal in Portugal!!! and not until 8am.

Dear Amanda, we are sorry that not everything was to your liking during your stay. Unfortunately, it was not possible to contact her due to her telephone contact not being properly registered, which was not possible to send and establish any communication. Regarding your complaints: Our rooms do not have a coffee machine. However, for our guests to have access to this service, we have a coffee machine available in the dining room with 24-hour service (free of charge). Maybe because your stay was one night, you didn't notice this machine. The bed linen used for your stay was from a summer set, however the duvet is winter due to its thickness. We regret that the breakfast was not to your liking, but the service presented was a continental breakfast with all the foods described on our website, with photos included. Breakfast hours are from 08:00 to 10:00. For guests traveling on long stays and on business, we open the possibility for the little one to be served earlier. This morning I was careful to check that all the products presented were fresh, the croissants and bread were bought at dawn in the typical Portuguese bakery. We will be delighted to welcome you again to meet you in person and share much of the history of this house and the family that belongs to it. Best regards, César Maciel

The property was very clean and tidy. One thing that could be improved is maybe heat the outdoors pool as it was cold

Dejlugt sted til afslapning- flotte og lækre rammer, med flot have og pool. Venligt personale, der var ekstra hjælpsomme.

Posted 27 Aug 2023 on HotelsDos días muy agradables. La quinta se encuentra en un pueblo pequeñito a unas 15 min de Guimaraes. Tiene poquitas habitaciones decoradas con mucho gusto. El desayuno muy correcto para su categoría. El encargado muy amable y solícito. Todo muy limpio y relajante. Me ha encantado. Volveremos.
