Family friendly Hotels in Vitsa, Zagori

"The property is beautiful, the views amazing. Staff was exceptionally helpful. Stayed in the

suite, which everyone thought was well designed with 2 twins in loft, and a third twin behind a half wall separating it from the King. It was quite hot when we were there and unfortunately the rolling AC wasn’t quite enough to make the room comfortable during the day, but with windows open at night it cooled down somewhat. "

"Unfortunately the SPA and Gym were shut and that was one of the main reasons for choosing the hotel. The pool was amazing and a great relief from the heat. There seemed to be some mixup with the reservation and the front desk staff were not helpful especially for a 5 star hotel, they finally addressed the issue and seemed to blame Hotels.com rather than take responsibility. I would not stay there again "

"the hotel was excellent, the rooms are clean and brand new, stuff is very kind and helpful. just one thing-we ordered lake view room and all of the pictures at website says the rooms are with balconies. when we got the room we found out that the room is actually without balcony. when we asked the reception about this issue they said that indeed there are two rooms in the hotel that are without balcony, and that there is no guarantee to balcony. it is true also according to the website, there is...

"Fantastic place - spotlessly clean, scenic and extremely welcoming. We spent 5 nights here and were so impressed by the high standards of everything. The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom new and the shower good. The breakfast buffet had everything from eggs to pastries. The host gave us excellent suggestions for sightseeing. The place is really well positioned for a wide variety of experiences- short hikes, long hikes, scenic drives. Overall we couldn’t be happier and can’t wait to come...

"The best features of the Artemis Apartments are the friendliness and helpfulness of the host and its close proximity (5 minute walk) to the iconic Konitsa Bridge and two good restaurants nearby. A walk to the town center is about 18-20 minutes uphill but we didn't mind the excercise. We would gladly stay here again."
