Excellent size rooms, great kitchen facilities, Bathroom spotless. Really happy with apartment this was our second one night visit. We would definitely stay again, Excellent value for money.

Concrete bunket

It’s a 2 star so I shouldn’t expect to much but it is a horrible looking concrete building and felt dirty and uninviting. It has no staff post 7pm and we felt unsafe . Apartment clean and tidy- balcony dirty and without furniture. You get what you pay for but being unmanned is not good. Very low class and not recommended

Hello we are sorry you did not appreciate the outside of our aparthotel. as regards the reception hours these are indicated on expdia and on our website. the aparthotel is secured and guarded. staff are on site to answer all emergencies. we took note of your comment regarding the terrace. cordially the reception

This is more of a complaint than a review!

Cons: Communication, the check-in service, accessibility, parking, the overall advertisement of the place which did not suit the actual experience.
Location: Not secure, felt unsafe!
This apartment is not suitable for holiday makers! The entrance is up a very steep slope, how are you expected to carry suitcases up a hill this steep. We were not informed that after 7pm we would have to check into the apartment using an electronic service until we had contacted the staff who said that they would give us “additional information”. The automated check-in was not working properly on the night, which was confirmed by the staff the following day who said that they had received numerous complaints, so why was this not appropriately addressed? The apartment did not have designated parking bays for customers and there was no indication as to where secure parking could be found; and the apartment’s parking was not secure in the slightest. As well as this the apartment was informed that I was travelling with a disabled guest who would require easy access, this was not adhered to! The advertising pictures did not show the pitfalls accompanying this apartment, such as the steep entrance slope which was unsuitable for travelling guests, and disabled guests. We are surprised that not attempt was made to contact us before charging the apartment to my debit card seeing as we had informed them that we were not able to stay at this location, due to difficulties. This inevitably led to us to having to find other accommodation which was more expensive!

Hello, unfortunately we can not thank you for your visit because you have not slept in our establishment. you didn't indicate that you will be accompanied by a person with reduced mobility. Our hotel is precisely equipped to welcome any person with reduced mobility. we have an outdoor parking and a private garage that you dIdn't have solicite at the time of booking. Our reception hours are indicated on the expedia site, on our own website page as well as outside the reception. As indicated on expedia, in case of arrival after 7pm you must register through the machine autocheckin. (It worked perfectly well that night). moreover in case of problem the emergency number is indicated) Your stay was non-refundable, in case of no show no refund is accepted. we find it particularly unfair to see that you have left this comment without informing our team properly, without having contacted the emergency number so that our colleague can help you.

El apartamento muy bien equipado. Nos habían dejado la calefacción encendida y estaba super confortable. Cocina grande y equipada. Camas cómodas. Limpieza bastante bien (se veía limpio) salvo alguna telaraña. Zona tranquila y sin ruidos. Al lado del Buesa Arena y Cc Boulevard. Aparcamiento gratuito en el exterior y en parking por 6 €/día. Al lado hay un restaurante bastante majo. Para repetir.

Todo muy bien, pero faltaria poner mas esmero, en intentar limpiar de hormigas y cucarachas, que me encontre dentro de varias habitaciones de la casa
