Ok place to stay but kind of outdated and small.

Check in was good. Friendly staff and very helpful, especially the young woman with the long dark hair, who worked the later shift during our stay. The room was very clean, but a bit small. Good location.

Not a bad property for 3 star. We’rr Very happy here and I would recommend staying here. Close to historical district. Parking can be problematic

Posted 29 Jun 2016 on HotelsThe hotel is your basic hotel, just a place to sleep. The rooms are small and the bathroom even smaller and outdated. It's a CLEAN room, but the floors in the bathroom are coming apart so it's hard to clean in the crevices. The beds are not the best but we had a good nights sleep. The room was quiet. They supply toiletries, however limited, and they do not have a coffee station. Vanessa, at the front desk during the night shift, was pleasant. They have a small eating area, where you can buy a basic breakfast. It does have a good location, only 10 minutes walk to the historic old part of town. I cannot compare this hotel to other hotels in Vitoria-Gasteiz as this is my first time here. However, if you're on a budget it is a good hotel to stay at.

Great hotel in perfect location
Posted 16 Jun 2016 on HotelsWe got a quite big bedroom on the last floor on the street side, and had no issues with noise. Breakfast was rather simple, but enough to start the day. All in all a great hotel near the city centre of Vitoria.

Excellent location and staff, but room small

Pros: Staff and location.
Cons: NOTHING.
Location: Vitoria offers a lot to do at modest prices. Check the tourist office.
The staff is very professional and helpful. Excellent location within easy walking distance to most tourist sites, shopping and eateries. It has only 25 rooms, feels like a boutique hotel at modest prices. The rooms are very small, open the door and within 3 feet you find your bed, almost no space to open your luggage. If you can accept, like I did, that this hotel is only to sleep you will find it is great.
