They have a really good service. Although the facility is old it has sharm. We had a big suite.

Great location and good value
Posted 24 Dec 2020 on HotelsWe went to Vitebsk with the purpose of visiting the Marc Chagall sites and this hotel was in a great location for that as it was a 3 minute walk from the art center. It was also close to the church and the main strip. The big town square with the Christmas tree was only a 15 minute walk. The suite was large and affordable. The restaurant served great pancakes for breakfast.

If the USSR had WiFi and cable TV

The only thing I would not recommend is the restaurant: I am glad breakfast wasn't included because it didn't start until EIGHT o'clock and it most certainly was not worth waiting for. However, I had a nice big room *with a fridge* and there's a supermarket just around the corner where you can get food, drink and toiletries (you'll need to go further for your caffeine fix, but YandexGo is probably the answer to that one) Also the pizzeria just across the main road is very good.

This hotel is centrally located, walking distance to most tourist attractions. Front desk staff speak English and are helpful and polite. Room was well kept and very clean.

Charm of decor with Chagall art everywhere and artifacts of bygone days, uniquely decorated rooms.
Too bad staff didn’t measure up.

Very freindly and ready to help staff, nice, but only basically equipped hotel. Well located. Our thanks to the staff for their efforts to make our short stay pleasant!

Avoid!!!
Posted 11 Feb 2019 on HotelsBooked through hotels.com. When arrived to check in front desk person told me that they do not work with Hotels.com. Neither confirmation number or credit card I paid for hotel worked. Had to go to another hotel at 2am. Stay away!!! 0 stars

古い造りですが風情があり、部屋も広くてバスタブ付きなので、大満足でした。
