LINES OF NAZCA - GOOD HOTEL TO STAY

Posted 26 Sep 2017
Pros: Location and staff
Cons: For the needs - it is OK
Location: Airport and Aqueduct tour
We booked this Hotel over the other since it was across the airport for the fly over + it is also close to the aqueducts sites. The downtown area looked to be crowded and noisy. The room was clean and pleasant and the staff very friendly. The taxi driver had a hard time finding it, but once you gave the the km number off the pan american highway, NO issues. It is only about 10 minutes from the bust depot.

All you need

Very welcoming and friendly. Comfortable bed, good hot shower, across from airport (20 min walk to entrance or easy taxi), away from town. I was given a packed breakfast as I left early for flight and returned later. If restaurant closed, 2 take away menus available. Too chilly for pool.

Decent hotel for the price

Posted 18 Jul 2017
Location: It was a ways outside of town, requiring transportation into town for all activities.
The room was basic, but clean. Most importantly the bed was comfortable and there was hot water! It was quite a ways outside of town was probably the biggest deficit.

Parchase problem

Posted 15 Jul 2017 on Travelocity
I got a charge when I booked it and had yo pay it again because the hotel got the reservation by Expedia and did not recognize the charge. Therefore, I had paid double for the service and need help with this issue.

Dear guest, we are glad you stayed with us. About the payment, as i told you in the recepcion: we dont make any chargue by the web, include travelocity, expedia, hoteles.com, etc, -and you could check when we called to travelocity.com- all our guest only have to pay in the hotel, its our only way to charge. Management has to be fired.

Posted 2 Jun 2017
In the morning there was not hot water because there was no gas to heat up the water. I missed a couple of prepaid tours because of them. I lost 50 bucks in tours . They gave me 5 bucks discount. I'll never ever go back. Bad experience.

Dear Manuel, i see the only inconvenience was the hot water and we apologize about that, we really really sorry, but we have to say that we resolved in 10 minutes and all other guests were very happy with us, they didnt have any problem about hot water that day.

Would stay here again

Posted 27 Jan 2017 on Hotels
We were very comfortable at this hotel. They allowed us to use their refrigerator to store our leftovers from dinner. When we asked, they got us extra pillows. Breakfast was always promptly served and was filling. I had a problem with my car and they were able to let me borrow the tools I needed. There was a table and two chairs on our balcony as well as a seating area down by the lobby which we could enjoy. There were plenty of shelves in the room as well as a desk. Regarding the location, it is right on the panamerica, so if you have your balcony door open, it is lòud. It is also right across from the airport so you'd have some noise from that but it is super convenient if you are flying to see the Nasca lines. Given that, we still liked it better than staying in town as we felt it was less chaotic than the town of Nasca.

Good Location next to Airport

Posted 5 Dec 2016
Pros: Proximity to airport, swimming pool, and helpful staff.
Cons: Double bed was on the small size. Larger bed would have added to comfort.
Location: Next to Airport. Nothing to do nearby. Short ride into Nazca town.
The hotel was across the road from the airport. It was a 20 minute walk around to the terminal ( 5 minute taxi ride if you prefer ). Hotel staff could not have been more helpful, even assisting us to flag down a 'collectivo' car ( 1 sol ) to take us into town ( 5-10 minute drive ). We were advised to skip breakfast prior to our Nazca flight to avoid possible sickness. However, on our return to the hotel at about 1100 the hotel provided us with a continental breakfast. The added bonus was the hotel has a swimming pool which was fantastic to chill and relax in the afternoon after our Nazca flight. The weather was a superb 28 degrees Celsius and our stay was late November. We only stayed for one night but for a pre flight stay this hotel was a great choice and we recommend B Suites Nazca.
