"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The views—especially of the Matterhorn—are absolutely stunning. The amenities are top-notch, with a beautiful spa area that includes steam rooms, saunas, a hammam, and both indoor and outdoor pools, all with that incredible mountain backdrop. Breakfast was another highlight—tons of variety and even a chef preparing fresh omelets and fried eggs on the spot. The property is spotless, and the staff couldn’t be friendlier. The concierge was especially helpful, giving us great recommendations for hikes and things to do in and around the area. Definitely take advantage of their advice! The hotel also offers a free shuttle to and from the train station, which made things so convenient—just let them know your arrival time in advance. As for the location, it’s perfect—close to the main street and everything you’d want to see in Zermatt. The town is small and walkable, so getting around is easy. Highly recommend this place if you're heading to Zermatt!"

"It’s an older property, but very well maintained and typical of a Swiss chalet in terms of rooms sizes and accommodations. The staff was very friendly as both the front desk and the restaurant. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection. The restaurant also had many options for food, homemade, and amazing views on the patio! "

"Beautiful hotel, close to train station (but uphill if carrying suitcases! ). Great service, lovely breakfast, and nice amenities available: a spa (sauna and steam room) and access to the adjacent sports center, with a nice pool and jacuzzi. "I think I may have been the first person to stay in my suite! It was so clean and everything you could need in terms of kitchen utensils, cookware, etc. Really great location, incredible views, friendly staff, nice common area and parking. Would definitely stay again! "

"This was a top property, very well maintained by an owner who cares for his guests. It was within in easy walking distance to all parts of the town. The breakfast was good and the staff could not help you enough and went out of their way when required. Tip for anyone heading to Switzerland, get the Swiss half fare card. We recouped our costs on two attractions in Zermatt and had already saved a lot."
