"Pls be aware do not book this hotel it is absolutely disgusting unhealthy and completely unhygienic. We had booked the room for 3 nights upon arrival we did not stay in room for more then two min as it was that bad. Room was not cleaned, stuff was broken, someone’s used soap was there in bathroom, mat was not even changed from previous guest. Just yikes all over one would get sick just staying there for an hour and they did not even refund our money "

"The Fern is a lovely property in a dismal location, however we were only visiting for one night as we had a flight to catch the next morning. Room size was generous, nice amenities and in site restaurant was of a good standard. Would visit again if it wasn't for the location.
