Virginias hotel rooms a the Extended Stay America

"The hotel offered a very luxurious and relaxing feel. Very spacious and modern look. Wegman's was within walking distance and provided a convenient shopping experience for travelers. Upon arrival, I was locked out of my assigned hotel that caused delay before I could begin the process of unwinding. Instructions from hotel in a detailed "upon arrival" email could have created a more seamless experience in navigating elevators, parking deck, etc and locating main lobby. Overall staff were friendly and offered to assist. Fire alarm went off during my stay also causing unexpected evacuation for guests . "

"Bounced around multiple rooms because of AC problems and dead doors. Finally we get into a room minutes before having to leave for a funeral and the safe was broken and the hot tub/jacuzzi was filthy. Then we get back to the motel for rest later that night and the AC unit sounded like two transformers were trying to recreate their favorite fight scene. They did provide us a 15% refund; which in my opinion doesn't make up for have a hot tub that we couldn’t use without fear of infection and having to carry everything with us because we didn’t have a safe to use. "

"Room was nice and big. There were several bugs in our room. Some dead bugs in cobwebs around various parts of the room. Several small beetles around our room as well as waking up to a wasp in our bed and several stink bugs. There was also a musty smell overall. The beds were fairly comfortable and the overall layout of everything was excellent. We were only there to sleep so we didn't get to explore the property but from what we saw, it was pretty nice. "

"We had a room on the 7th floor right on the boardwalk with a perfect view of the ocean. The ice and vending machines were directly across from our room and they have a nice club/restaurant on the ground floor that leads right out to the boardwalk. The only downside is the parking is around the block but if you are planning on being at the beach all day, it probably won't be of any concern. I would stay here again if I had the opportunity."

"Yes- My husband was able to rent a nice space for a business meeting, and the size of our room accommodated both of us to be able to be productive"
