"Our big problem was the darkness of the living room. The wall switch next to the door did not turn anything on. Eventually we found the lamp switches for the lights beside the sofa. However only one had a working bulb but it very dim. We were traveling with friends, the husband has macular degeneration and their room was so dark he could not see well enough to move safely. "

"Had a great stay, I could tell that care and thoughtfulness is put into the guest experience there. The staff were excellent and as an unexpected bonus they had a complementary level 2 EV charging station for their guests that came in super handy for me. The hot tub in the room with a view was also a very unique amenity rarely seen these days and my family enjoyed it. Great stay!"

"Everything was fine frombthe room to the balcony and the views. My only complaint is I think we need new mattresses. Hotel needs some remodling, but otherwise I have stayed here many times. Never a bad experience."

"The hotel was everything we expect from Marriott but the staff were exceptional. They would go beyond to help us out. I liked the fact that I was able to rent a car for the day from DCA Reagan Airport and take the hotel shuttle to and from the airport. Overall, if you plan on going to DC and looking for a cheaper way around, the Courtyard by Marriott is a great place to stay. "We have stayed at this hotel several times now. The rooms have recently been updated are clean and comfortable. No issues with the beds. Blackout curtains in each room. Enough space that the four of us didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The breakfast is standard hotel breakfast. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
