"We stayed in the Executive suite Tuesday until Friday. Our suite was right next to the construction of a new hotel Noisy tower cranes . For the amount of money I would have preferred to be on the opposite side of the building to be able to sleep in. They started at 7am everyday. Thought it was a bit rude having to pay $1 on principle for each coffee pod from reception the lady was rude. The gentleman who greeted me on arrival was fantastic a very nice man. "Stayed for a wedding with family Pros - Spacious rooms with nice view over North Terrace. Comfortable beds, pool was lovely. Transport is very close and its walking distance to Rundle Mall and restaurants. Cons - The street behind is noisy, rough, lots of dubious characters around. It did not feel like a safe place. Hotel security doors close at 6pm, which probably says it all??? "

"Spacious apartment,with a full kitchen and very big fridge freezer,ok bathroom with the bonus of having a washing machine and tumble dryer to use for free.Aircon in lounge worked well none in bedroom which meant leaving door open of a nighttime to remain at decent temperature,we had a day of 42 degrees and was still ok Could do with updating entry system so you have a card rather than a big key and key ring to carry around "

"Apartment was well equipped and very well presented. We loved it and will be back in future. Super Close to shops, supermarkets and even a playground. Can be a bit difficult in peak traffic to go in and out, just need to be careful. Lift is a bit small but may be it’s the usual size. Thanks for having us. "

"Finding the hotel was a little odd as the main door says “residents only”, so not being a resident but a hotel guest is confusing. We spent another 10 minutes finding another way to get in etc so this could have been avoided with better signage. It would have been nice to have complimentary bottles of water in the fridge and a small carton of milk as well considering this was not what I would call cheap accommodation. "I stayed two nights at the Mayfair Hotel in Adelaide in late January, and overall, my experience was mostly positive. The location is fantastic, right at the top of Rundle Mall, and a short walk or free tram ride to Adelaide Central Market. The Luxury King Room was comfortable with a lovely bed and a great bath. "Staff were well informed and very responsive with a professional attitude and distinct friendliness. Trams were conveniently situated across the road which meant a perfect location for the Botanic Gardens, Central Markets and Rundle Street. Our stay involved four nights on the first floor and on the afternoon of our return, prior to departing SA the following day, we spent a night on the second floor. The beds were wonderful on both levels but the second level was a cut above. Although the bathroom sinks need an upgrade on both levels, (and the bathroom as a whole on the first level,) we would enjoy staying there on a return visit. The positives by far exceeded any negatives. "
