Lady who checked us in was very nice, we stayed 2 Sundays in a row and she remembered us when we checked in on the second Sunday

The room was spacious and loved the spacious kitchen with a full refrigerator. The rooms were clean however the pull out couch was not very comfortable. There were 3 of us staying in the room and it would have been nice to have 3 chairs in the kitchen. Overall, it was a good stay.

Stayed overnight here on our way up north. Owners are the staff- and super friendly. Loved the room (kitchen suite). Only regret is that we did not stay longer to check out the area. Definitely want to come back and stay a few days.

for a older place it was okay but the price was a bit high for the age of the place .the one person we did talk to was very polite even though the check in time was by 8 (which we weren't told ) and it was almost ten when we got there. the property could use some updating and cleaning.

Convenient for our particular needs: close to two grocery stores, a bike shop, and the Mesabi Trail. Snacks provided in your room. Staff was very helpful.

I can tell it’s an old place by the paint, and door stains and the AC unit venting inside needs cleaning. However, carpet seems newer and clean, Overall , was welcoming and nice touches. Nice bedding, neat, snacks/water offered, friendly employees, quiet, and nice location. I would stay here again.

We do have a new pewter paint that we have changed too in a lot of other rooms and hope that you request a more updated room.
