It was a quick trip for business. I stayed at the hotel for a conference here the next day. The entire experience was wonderful.

Unfortunately it was the end of tourist season and service in the restaurant was almost non-existent. The staff was doing the best they could.

Overall the stay was okay, we stayed for 4 days and not once was our room asked to be cleaned and or if we needed anything. The shower was leaking and our floors was stained. Only one elevator was working. The night crew was very good! It could've been a better experience.

Hotel front desk staff was amazing however the king suite tub was damaged and looked rotten. The coffee maker and plastic cups were dirty.
