Everything was excellent from the time I checked in great help from kat who check me in to my stay every thing was top rated thank again for everything

The Suite was small and outdated for the price. Will not be returning. I will say Thank you for the early check in. That was extremely helpful and will not go unnoticed.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful and the room was very well maintained. The only downside was the bed was not comfortable

Really cute room and having 2 bathrooms in a hotel room is literally AMAZING!! At first when I was told I was on the 2nd floor I was disappointed until I saw the view!!! I highly recommend the 2nd floor ocean view - much better than a higher view. The hotel was great, other than crammed parking and the front desk is EXTREMELY awkard & out of place looking... It looks like a little desk that is still waiting to be moved to the correct location.

Ocean Sands is very good. We have stayed here several times. We got a room on first floor which is more spacious and provides walk out to ocean. Unfortunately, a bunch of kids were partying in an adjacent parking lot until police broke them up at 2:00 pm. We will be back to Ocean Sands but maybe not first floor.

Mostly good..good colouring decor and cozy, big bath and love two balconies and kithenette equipped and good size fridge.
Good stay and beach front. Well situated.

Definitely recommend this hotel. I would give it 6 stars if I could. Staff was great, hotel was clean, amenities were great and it was very enjoyable.

Dirty, nasty, bed very uncomfortable. Manager was suppose to call me and never did. I left early because the stay was miserable. I got pictures of how nasty the floors was. It’s a good thing I bring my own cleaning supplies. I sent the office the pictures.
