We enjoyed our stay. This is the second year we have stayed there during the month of December and we have never had any problems!

I arrived on Wednesday the front desk clerk was not welcoming (no smile, no welcome to Hilton, no enjoy your stay). It was as if I was annoying her. The clerk Friday evening and Saturday morning were both very friendly.
The cleanliness of the room was not Hilton standards. The chair in room 508 is filthy. There were stains on the bedspread, the walls and in the bathroom. The shower curtain was ripped along the top. (Pictures available if requested). I cleaned the bathroom and covered the bed
Pros: The location, parking, food and shopping options were great. I recommend a deep clean and your rating will be top notch. Thank you.

The hotel Has an excellent location but the room needs remodeling and new furniture. The curtains had stains on them and the tv table was dusty, all furniture was old and scratched.
