Some staff was ridiculously rude!!

There were a few front desk personnel that just had really bad attitudes. Celeste was awesome I met her Tuesday but then the girl that v took over for her that night was absolutely hideous. Worst attitude I’ve ever seen. Doors locked way before the sign said they would be and she was just totally rude. I was very disappointed. Now not all your staff were rude but there were a few.

Direct access to each floor from garage. Dolphins several times per day from balcony. Breakfast tasty, and ran like clockwork. Restaurant and bar in hotel was good

Blood stain on the bed, they had me move rooms and the other room had hair and dirty sheets and half of the things in the room were broken. The shower kept loosing water pressure. The staff were very rude. Highly recommend somewhere else.

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. I woke up with a very sore back. The AC unit was very loud and woke me up just about every time it turned on. My towels were dirty

The room was large and comfortable, it was located in a nice quiet area compared to the rest of the boardwalk. The deck was roomy The View was wonderful and the staff was kind and very helpful. I was so pleased with the Hilton that I booked an extra day.
