It was only good because: 1. The room had a funky smell & we called to have someone spray and refresh the room. We waited 45 min and no one came! 2. We were not told about the parking fee/ 20.00/ day. 3. We were gone all day and expected the room to be cleaned and it wasn’t since it’s off season but we weren’t told prior to our reservation. Otherwise our room was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Warm welcome from staff, clean comfortable room, oceanfront with a balcony, very dog friendly, easy parking, quiet atmosphere and occasionally warm cookies. We stay here twice a year for the last few years. It's our go to place to land with our small pups. Many military flyovers during the day if you enjoy watching those and a free morning sunrise.
