Bathtub floor was like a wsterbed, awful. Please put in a new tub.

The water from the sink and the shower head was cold most of the time i was there. I contact the front desk and nothing was done about it. I stayed there a few times before but never again.

We are so sorry you did not have a pleasant experience during this visit. We do not always have maintenance onsite and front desk staffing is unable to repair themselves. Please know we are working to ensure all hot water issues are corrected. Unfortunately, unseasonably cold temperatures have created several headaches. We hope you will reconsider and stay with us again.
