"Overall really good experience except last day after check out while getting our luggage into our car, the car truck was disabled and a valet service assistant person was holding the car truck so it husband can load the luggage into the truck, one of the management staff wearing black jet (brown ethnic background) was keep telling the valet service person to leave and go somewhere.
