"It is not the first time we stayed at Expo hotel. It's convenient to go to Villafranca and to go to Verona. Clean, quiet and with very polite and professional staff. The free access to the closed garage is a plus. "

Luna Residence Hotel

"I arrived at about 3 pm. The hotel was with closed and locked gates. I was sure that it was closed as I didn’t see anyone inside. About 45 minutes later the reception person arrived from home. Apparently, his shift starts at 4 pm. I asked to be upgraded from a very old building to a new one. I had to pay extra for the upgrade. I got a room in the new building which was great. Location however is in a village about 30 km from Parma.
I went to dinner in the village at a traditional restaurant which was excellent. I was the only tourist there. If you can deal with a very remote location, a closed reception until 4 pm, and if you get a room in the new building, then this is actually a 5 star experience."
