Room was dirty. dirty walls,carpet. Bugs in the room. room was hot.

It’s about you’d expect. Not terrible for a quick stop, but probably due for a bulldozer soon. The rooms were clean and tidy, but the building is old and smells like its age. Some mould I. The bathroom and water damage on the ceiling.
