We stay here often and am always happy. I do wish the city would put in a sidewalk between the hotel and Kwik Trip, but we’re always happy when we stay here :)

Made reservations they had no room because some pipe broke in the bathroom so I had to find another hotel which I think somebody should pay for the hotel because I had to go all the way to Cedar Rapids to find a hotel If Expedia doesn’t wanna pay for my room, I will not book through them anymore

While the staff was amazing and my room was very clean, it was a bit outdated and the furniture was very, very scratched and beat up. I could certainly hear every footstep from the room above me.

We stayed for a wedding and it met our needs. It is very basic, but the property and rooms are decently cared for. There is a very nice park across the street. It even has a splash pad!

It was okay but a little tired. Breakfast was luke warm, ice machine was broke, bathroom faucet was not fastened down to the cabinet. Staff was friendly - it suited us okay for what we needed and not driving to Cedar Rapids.

I hated that there was no elevator on the property. It was very hard lugging bags up and down the stairs to our room. Also, the front door is locked at 10pm and you have to use the back door - while carrying luggage. The people were nice, the rooms are clean and its great for a 1-2 night stay.

Sorry Ma’am we do not have elevator but our front door is alway open for 24 X 7 and if u use back door then you need key for open the door. See you once again we will give you good service.

Coffee maker in room was excellent, but I had a handicap room . My travel partner has to sleep sitting up a bed is extremely uncomfortable for her! More Recliners in hotels would make traveling much more comfortable! We stayed at Depot inn at La Plata Missouri best hotel ever for cleaning and comfort she had a recliner for at least one nights good sleep
