"Great location. 1000 meters from the cathedral. Person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. On one of the nights I stayed, a full orchestra set up on the street outside and played beautifully. The street was filled with music and happiness both nights."

"I only stayed in the hotel 1 night having arrived late into Santiago airport. I was greeted at the door even though it was late. The next day I was taken to the hire car company to pick up my hire car. The gentleman was only to pleased to help even though I had a large bike box. I would highly recommend this property."

"The front desk staff was super but didn’t speak English so I used the Google Translate app. The hotel is far from town on Rt 550 and it’s right on the highway, with a small bar just a hundred meters south. The AC in room 205 was nonfunctional. The room was large and clean and very comfortable. I paid $120 and the local price is €79 plus taxes."

"I love this place and the staff, from the receptionist to the housekeeper. Michelle and her team are professional and friendly. My room was clean every day, and the bed and bathroom were cleaned properly. This place has fridge so its really ideal to stay here for more than 3 days. Amenities They have soap and clean towels just bring conditioner Ask for hot water for your tea if needed. Would have been nicer if they also offered a hot water maker, but the fridge is good enough to keep my drinks, fresh OJ, and yogurt cold. Close to the grocery store and next to a wash and dry place. Yes, Ill stay here again. "
