At check in the lady had no personality very bland. Room was on the dirty side, even had clothing and food in the dresser drawer.

Everything is good the lady at the reception is very calm and helpfull but at night at 8:30 pm i go to the reception for asking shampoo because they don’t have it in room the guy over there is so rude he said we have to wait for worker till 9 in the morning and even he treat us like we are here for free I don’t recommend him to over there the lady is trying her best to done everything good . At first we are very happy that we choose the best hotel but at last ended up disappointed because of that old guy .

I like that they have a triple bed room. It was nice and roomy for me and my kids and grandson.

The room smells of mold
The drains and sewage are clogged.
The receptionost was no more than polite. Cold, unwelcoming manner.

The desk wanted paid a second time when I already paid expedia for the stay. Repeatedly hostile to accepting reservation I had with you.

Sorry for any inconvience but when you make a reservation with Expedia.com or any other partners there are two options for the payments, either expedia.com collects the Payment or hotel collects the payment. We have a contract with them that only hotel will collects the payments. So when any one will make a reservation with any of these partners you will provide them your credit card number and those partners will not charged you but they will forward your credit card number to hoel to collect payment, and you will be charged only at the hotel so there is no duplicate payments at all. you can confirm with expedia.com and they will probebly explain you much batter. It's an older motel, but very clean and there appears to be updates done to at least the room I stayed in. Great price and just where i wanted to stop on my drive.
